We were given a lake view room. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and courteous. We traveled with our kids. 2 boys age 8 and 6. The hotel staff was very welcoming. They took the kids into the kitchen. The chef made our boys prepare Roti and Pizza. The kids were so excited.

Bed is very bad , mattress is very low quality It's not matress, it's foam ( locale quality) it's very heated seats .

The hotel is decent for a very short stay. The room was reasonably clean, in the sense that if you didn't sleep and didn't take your socks off. It was not dirty but it was not very spick and span but suited us. The hotel staff was very friendly so that helped.
