The reception staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious and quiet, offering a comfortable stay. The hotel atmosphere was overall very pleasant, and I appreciated the free parking space. A bonus was the Top Organic restaurant branch located within the hotel, which is one of the best in town and added extra value to the experience.

Staff were very friendly and cooperative, the location is perfect, the spa was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. The value for the money was good. I will book it again whenever going back to Erbil for sure.

This is absolutely my favorite hotel in Erbil! This staff is clearly the best. Courteous, and extremely professional. Social, yet respect my privacy and boundaries. Ibrahim and Ayaz always remembers what I need, and give amazing service at the best pool in Erbil! The front desk always goes above, to accommodate my needs, effortlessly. You all make my feel like royalty. This was my third visit, not the last.
