The hotel is central to the main strip in naha city so easy access to shops restaurants markets etc. The facilities are fab and well looked after,sauna/Onsen pool and spa.we stayed in April and had them pretty much to ourselves for 4 days. Breakfasts offer a lot of choice.The rooms are spacious and the pillows are like marshmallows😁

Jacuzzi is nice, bathrooms in rooms are roomy, water pressure is great, water dispenser on each level to fill up water bottle or pitcher provided in room, free amenities placed in room, free luggage storage, staff helped with bringing bags up to room when we struggled (we had a party of 5 and we had several other bags to hold), about 10 minute walk to Yuirail station, close to Kokusai dori street to go shopping

This hotel is fantastic! I've come to expect great service at hotels and inn's throughout Japan, but the EXES really stands out for many reasons: Excellent location withing walking distance to the Asahibashi station, Kokusai Dori Street; tons of restaurants/shopping; and the Naha bus terminal for tours. The staff went way out of their way for us even chasing us down when we started heading in the wrong direction one morning to get us back on course. And the room. We stayed in some great places on this trip, but this room was the nicest. Large; extremely nice amenities; 2 balconies (corner unit).

We love everything here! It was very luxury, big Room, very clean and amaaaaazing Stuff! One day during our stay it was really raining and they sent us to another Hotel to Onsen and Pool. We are really glad we choose this Hotel.
