Beautiful, high-ceilinged old building in a fantastic location right in the centre of Merida. Very friendly and helpful host who went above and beyond to take care of our family and provided loads of helpful recommendations. Great beers available on site as well from a local brewery. Highly recommended.

Wow what a place! Amazing fairytale like old hotel. The room I was given was huge, felt like a king. Can’t talk about this and your usual modern pokey little 3 x 3 meter claustrofóbic rooms in the same sentence. The ceiling was at least 5 meters high, lots of room to breathe and relax. The swimming pool was amazing, really long and went around the corner as well, you could swim laps in it. The lobby was huge as well and the atmosphere was very relaxing. This is an old hotel, so the style goes with it, it has some old fashioned features, but if you prefer your 3 x 3 meter cubbyhole just to get modern feel, go for it. You are missing out on a sensory and visual experience that this place gives.

With love for detail restored 19. Century villa with an additional modern second building that blends in perfectly with its natural color and clean exterior design. Perfect location to wander around the city either by foot or the hotel’s bicycles. Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff!

The entire process went well from check-in to check-out. The experience was great all around. The hotel staff, cleaning staff and the restaurant staff was great. No complaints

The staff was incredibly nice, Front desk (Ursula) helped us to get everything we needed. The hotel is wonderful and the location for working travel is top nodge.

The friendliest team in Mexico, helpful at every step. The room may not be stunning, but with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The nice breakfast. Nice recreation area.
