I often have a layover in Istanbul (for hammam, it's the best!) but this is my first time staying in the Bentley Hotel. Far superior to any other rooms of similar star rating and price that I've found! Very nice, modern, well-appointed room with excellent amenities, extremely comfortable bed and extra pillows. Staff are very courteous and attentive (thanks Bilal!). Will be coming back here next time!

i like everything in the property, iI loved the atmosphere ,so cozy environment , the details that they add it in every corner and everything . The staff was amazing in everything from conversations ,helping and smiling. Even the shopping mall that connected to them is excellent.

My first independent trip abroad and got lucky with hotel. The location of hotel is 10 mins far from the tram station, so basically you can get to the most popular touristic places. Also, I highly recommend buying "IstanbulKart"(which can be bought on almost any tram/metro stations) as it can be used to pay for tram, metro, shuttle busses, and yellow buses(go from and to airport). Small buses will ask for paper money. Staff at hotel was happy to do early check-in and late check-out, thanks a lot for that. Also the view, we got a room with a view of a city and a small part of Bosphorus. Air conditioning, soaps, towels and slippers also were present. There are free gym/swimming pool and pay spa options on -1 floor.
