Everything was clean, crisp, and new. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The rooms were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was incredible. If I visit Heraklion again, this is where I will stay.

The customer service was excellent, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was fantastic. They worked to fix quickly address any issue or problem we faced. I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. In other hotels in Crete, the showers are often extremely small, you have to press a special button and wait to use the hot water, and you can't throw toilet paper in the toilet. That wasn't the case here. Everything was comfortable and easy.

I was impressed by the hotel's application for ordering services. It was seamless and user-friendly, allowing us to easily request anything we needed. This convenience enhanced our stay and left us more than satisfied with our experience.
