They helped me organize a surprise birthday evening - from ordering flowers to receiving the delivery, setting up decorations, and creating a truly memorable celebration (special thanks for that! ☺️) When we arrived, they also gave us amazing recommendations for places to visit in Santorini, which helped a lot. Thank you, Rosie! We also visited the spa - it was perfect. We booked a treatment right after arriving from the airport, and it was the best decision. All in all, nothing negative to report, quite the contrary. All is made easy - from dinner recommendations to scooter and dinner bookings. The front desk lady Maria is very kind and welcoming, and took care of all our dinner reservations and the recommendations were great. Follow her advice. The staff at the pool and breakfast are lovely and very competent.

The hotel had a very good manager - Maria - who assisted on ALL matters. The breakfast was not very inclusive but very fulfilling. The sharing pool was quite nice with a superb view.
