The breakfast was superb. Hard to get a traditional breakfast like this in other places (they'll usually have a toast set or a onigiri set). Essentially, it's a lot of small dishes together -- not too much of each -- mixed with soup. For one morning, we even had "Kechan", which is a local dish of grilled chicken with cabbage on a small grill plate. The owner, although did not speak English well, kindly accommodated us there.

Special place that is part boutique hotel, part ryokan. Great value and 5 star service. We loved the traditional tatami floors, comfortable futon, traditional robes to wear around the property and the impressive Japanese breakfast. Can book a soak in private spa after a day of sightseeing. Can’t go wrong.

Very clean place. I have stayed at 5 stars hotels for this trip and this humble abode can rival them. The bathtub is well equipped with spa facilities. The kitchen is well-stocked with condiments from olive oil to soy sauce for real cooking. My family purchased quality beef from the nearby supermarkets and cooked our own wagyu. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to stay in the outskirts of nagoya.

It was amazing. The name is Hostel, but it has a worth than a 5 star hotel. The room was very spacious and it has a kitchen and dining table and even a separated tea room. The breakfast is also fantastic. All food is fresh and healthy. The location is also one of the best things, just few minutes on foot from the train and bus station. I strongly recommend this hotel to all tourists.

As this is Residence I can experience what a normal Japanese modern home is like. Have kitchen with utensils, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine with dryer make me feel homely in my 21 days trip. Only about 3 minutes walk from bus terminal and station. Staff is helpful and friendly 5 stars ⭐️ standard., place very clean. 👍
