Our stay exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on photos and reviews of the hotel. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome and provided all useful information we could need (in English) and were so helpful in arranging transfers to and from the ferry port. The facility is gorgeous and it is clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the amenities to the decor and also in the guest experience. The onsens were also beautifully done and very relaxing. The food was excellent and most of it locally sourced. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional and we also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Lastly, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a very lovely stay and would stay again!

Excellent property in a small, quaint but upscale area. The room had a Japanese style in appearance but had western comforts (a western style and sized bed, a table you could sit at, etc). Out of the four weeks we stayed in Japan this was one of the best properties we stayed at (we were a couple with a three year old). We highly recommend this property.

Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel is a 1-minute walk from Hiroshima Station and a 10-minute drive from the Atomic Bomb Dome. It offers 4 dining options, an indoor pool and a fitness centre. Location beside train station was fantastic, as were the views from the room. The cocktails I had were among the best I had at any of the hotels I stayed at the multi-city break. Food and drinks were very reasonably priced
