This was an exceptional experience. Everything was perfect. The location is very close to the Hiroshima Station - so convenient! The hotel itself is super nice, the staff was very friendly and the whole process of getting the room was a breeze. The room was very stylish and it was bigger than expected (in comparison with other hotels in Japan). We also had beautiful view. There is also Lawson convenience store that is open 24/7 and you have an access directly from the hotel. It was really worth the price!

This little hotel is very nice, and mixes Japanese-style floors and rooms with a western-style hotel layout. The rooms are quite spacious, ample for two people, and the beds are comfortable. It's located conveniently close to Hiroshima station, and the owners are very nice. It's convenient that they have coin laundry on the top floor, and the shower was fine. There seemed to be enough facilities for everyone, although they are shared between one or two floors. It's a great value for the money!

Super clean and quiet. Feels like a hostel with better amenities. Close to the street car stop, and combini. The A-bomb museum is less than a 10 min walk. Actually I only took the streetcar twice (to and from the station) while I was in Hiroshima. If you don't mind walking a bit the city center is extremely accessible on foot. I didn't end up eating breakfast at the hotel because I had to leave too early but I took a peak at it and they seems to have a decent spread.

The location is close to the Hiroshima train/Shinkansen station (about 10 minutes outside the south exit). The hostel share a building with the cafe/bar so close food source. However, you do not hear the commotion from the bar. They have an elevator so you don’t have to walk up the stairs if you do not want. Like most Japanese establishments you have to take off your shoes and put on slippers. Also near by is a 7-11/ Lawson for cheap late night snacks or ATM.

The breakfast buffet offers a variety of items, from Western to Japanese dishes (we had eggs, sausage, bacon, rice, cuts of fish, anagomeshi, about 10 different bread/pastry options.... varied by day though). For the price, the hotel is surprisingly close to Hiroshima station, and it is also relatively close to bus routes that can access the peace park memorial and Hiroshima castle. The staff was incredibly nice and the place was very clean.

The Canadian chef Mervin McCleod was really nice, but the rest of the staff was much more rude than at the other hotels in Japan. The city of Hiroshima was much more difficult to navigate and this is the only place that I encountered rude Japanese--not at all like the people that we encountered in the rest of the country. The hotel was near the train station making it easy to access to and from the train. We loved Mijajima--very peaceful and green.

The staff were so kind!!! The rooms are great and the premises in such a great location a short walk from cable car to take you to main tourist destinations and hiroshima station The traditional Japanese bath was such a wonderful experience WOW !!! Could not fault anything with this wonderful hotel Thank you for adding to my stay in Hiroshima - We love Japan so much and we so excited to visit again

This house located in the heights of Hiroshima perspired the quietness and peacefulness. The Japanese style beds were very comfy and the house itself was lovely and facilities available exceeded our standards! Plus, the owner was very, very sweet! Hostel seems a bit far off the main station but it actually easily reachable by bus 29, just across the road. We had a very pleasant stay! Thank you!

We planned to pass by hiroshima, see miyajima at day, hiroshima at night and stay just one night at the hotel but after seeing the place we regret not having rented this room for a few days more. It had everything needed to feel like our home, including overwhelming views. One of our greatest renting experiences in Japan. We will definetly come back in the future

The common space is nice. Location is good but every hostel in Hiroshima has a good location. The people staying here were much more friendly and interactive compared to most places that I've stayed in Japan. There isn't any crazy pointless security key pad system to get into the building or move between floors (thank you, I'm so sick of this)

It was a nice room, a bit on the large side (by japanese standards); everything was very clean, the beds were comfy. The hotel was very well located, a short walk from the Peace Memorial Park and near Hondori Street, where as a tourist you'll probably do most of your shopping while in Hiroshima. The view from the room was also very nice.

Miyajima Coral Hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed during my journey in Japan. The facilities are great and super clean, staff is kind and helpful, and it is near the train station and the ferry to Miyajima. After long days walking in Hiroshima and/or Miyajima, you get a bath bomb and relaxing patches, among other amenities!

Very close to the JR Hiroshima station (less than 10 min. walk). The room has plenty space (compare to similar hotels in Japan), the bed was comfortable, friendly staff and smooth check-in. The wifi was stable and without problems. Around the property, you can find restaurants, convenience stores 24h and a rental bicycle store.

Great location that is close to the action in Hiroshima! The staff was friendly and check-in was super-fast. The vibe of this hostel is very friendly. I also thought our beds were pretty comfy for a Japanese hostel. We'll be sure to stay here again when we visit Hiroshima.

This place was wonderful. It is family run and you really feel at home. The beds were the largest and most comfortable I had experienced among Japanese hostels thus far! Also a very short walk to all the main sights in Hiroshima. 100% will come back here.

The Location of the Hotel is perfekt - in the middle of Hiroshima, not far away from a cable car station and also a bus stop is nearby. The have, I think, a typical Japanese breakfast buffet

Spacious room beyond the usual Japanese business hotel standard. Right next to Hiroshima station so very convenient access to the JR lines, shinkansen and the streetcars.

Old school hotel full of old Japanese people visiting Hiroshima. This hotel and it's service and staff is what Japan is all about. Clean, cool, and great value.

Great staff. Hotel is in basically central Hiroshima, so it's perfect. The rooms are big for Japan standards. Good value!

Very central, clean and quiet. Hiroshima was my favorite place in Japan and this hostel helped make it so
