The room was so clean, large, and well equipped.

Big seize two floor duplex room, nice and classy design room, very comfortable king size bed. Very elegant colonial type hotel. Even though the hotel builds above major and the biggest and busiest train station in Tokyo but it sounds nothing in the room. Reception staff speaks english fluently, the concierge staff also very helpful and professional. They even offers us to store our luggage while we away to Hakone for 5 days and pick it up later. It is world 5 stars hotel at the Tokyo Train station.

The staffs of the hotel is hotel is amazing. Always willing to help you in a very professional way. Close to the Ryogoku eki station. THe view on the sky tree is amazing. I often stay in hotel for work (half of the years abroad,) and this hotel was a really good catch. I was used when I was in Tokyo to stay at the Cr....A 5 stars hotel, but the Ryogoku Eki Tower is better on every point. I will come back here for my next trips in April. Thank you very much to the hotel staffs for their kindness.
The best hotel with the best staff. Have travelled over countries and have stayed at varied levels of luxury hotels, 5 stars, bnb, etc. but never came across a hundred percent efficient team as that of Metropolitan Marunochi. Highly professional staff and goes way and above expectations.They are extremely experienced in customer management and customer satisfaction. Location is pretty convenient and easily accessible from Tokyo station. Rooms are comfortable and has lovely views.
Every single thing about the hotel was excellent, if I come back to Japan I will stay at this hotel only. Amazing staff, so polite, patient and helpful. Superb location. Room exceeded my expectations. Hotel has free basic necessities plus free pepsi, juice, tea/coffee and those beautiful melt in your mouth bun breads and crossaints. So many restaurants nearby and train station is not far at all. Several supermarkets nearby. Great hotel and great people working for the hotel. 5 out of 5 stars. Loved our stay with them.
The view alone worth all 5 stars. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Metro station is only 3-4 minutes walk away which is very convenient. The area itself is quiet and I would definitely recommend this place.
