Borsh seems a very local family-oriented beach place and while the hotel is very modern and nice, it is small and blends in. It maintains a certain charm. I saw there were two big hotel developments and they seem huge and imposing. Not sure they will fit the vibe. Ciao Borshi does. The staff were extremely nice both at the reception as well as the waiters at the restaurant. Micaela the manager was everywhere solving anything and everything and Krista was also very nice. It is lovely that they set up tables in the beach for dinner. You have amazing views of the sunset and you are almost in the water! The food was very good too. The breakfast had a big variety although short on fruits and cereals.

The breakfast was the same menu every single day, and it became annoying, because when you’re staying for several days, you can’t eat the same things over and over like you’re in a hospital. Every morning, the same waiter stood at the door and asked which room number we were in — every single day — meaning they didn’t even remember their own guests, even though it was a small hotel. Sometimes, if a tourist walked past without being asked, the waiter would go up to people at their breakfast table and ask them directly what their room number was. It was disgusting and annoying.

It was simple. The pool area was big and full of areas to sit and play and eat. The beach chairs across the street were extremely convenient and comfortable. The staff was the best!! The man (I’m sad I cannot remember his name) at reception was so personable and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sweet with our children. The cleaning staff did not speak much English yet was able to communicate with me to get us a blanket and help with the sliding door. It was an overall pleasure to stay here. Oh and it was on the quiet residential side of the beach- such a plus. Yet still walking distance to the other side.

Nice bungalows in lush gardens with trimmed lawns and olive, lemon, lime, pear and other trees, few meters from the sea. Stunning location in a small bay, perhaps the only one left in the Albanian south cost reachable by car and still with no big hotels, clubs with loud music, crowds, water scooters etc. A families’ paradise. Helpful staff.

The staff was wonderfully kind, very attentive, flexible. The villa has a stunning view, our room was very comfortable, quiet, despite being next to the lobby. We loved watching the sunset from our balcony. The pool and private beach are also wonderful. Overall, we had an incredible stay.

Brand-new Hotel with clean and nice rooms. We had a really nice terrasse next to our room. Hotel comes with underground car park. Staff was really nice and helpful. Walk to the beach for about 5 mins.
