This was the high class hotels that I used to use while traveling for work when I lived in the US. It had all of the amenities. Very large and clean hotel. The room was excellent. The price was excellent.

The interior design of the lobby was exceptionally contemporary, pleasant and welcoming. We were in a privileged room on the 5th floor which was decorated impeccably, roomy and contained all the amenities needed. The staff were charming, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend this property to all.

Loved and fully enjoyed our stay in Hotel de Dieppe (Best Western, Rouen). Stayed twice and would return next time again. Personnel is very friendly! On both visits we were welcomed and assisted by Manuela who went out of her way to help with a couple of our extra requests. Hotel is a historic building with a few amazing features. Also very conveniently located right in front of the train station and the taxi stand. Would absolutely recommend it!

Location was good with easy access to downtown via car or Uber and a grocery store within a 5 min walk. Free protected parking is good if a little narrow for most drivers. Apartment nice and modern and comfortable.
