we love everything about the place. We were able to rest well in our hotel after a long day. The entire property is clean, staff are accommodating, very convenient with MTR nearby and lots of restaurants to choose from. Also, there is free nespresso coffee and tea at the lobby!

The location is perfect, close to many cafes, bus stops, and subway—quiet and lovely neighborhood. The hotel room is spacious and has everything you need on a trip. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked another room for the same trip and didn't realize until I got to the check-in. They kindly canceled my reservation and didn't charge me for my mistake - I really appreciated that!

The rooms are standard size for HK, not too big no too small. The location is perfect, as you have the fortress hill mtr right close by. You also have the tram stop really close that it makes it easy to go to other areas of the island. There are several restaurants around and also shops like 7-eleven just down the corner from the hotel lobby. This is my third stay at this place and wouldn´t mind at all staying again.
