Great hotel with fantastic views. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with great sea view.Big and comfortable, very clean room. Big and cosy bed. Great breakfast.

Everything! Loved that you could use the spa during the stay! Nice staff, rooms are nice and modern with cool amenities. Breakfast was also good although I would recommend putting a coffee machine with different options.

Staff v friendly room glorious great location

I had a gorgeous view from my room.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom and beautiful decor. Daily cleaning service was provided, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was great, just 20 minutes from the Old Town, with a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony. The wellness area was fantastic, featuring a large pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and Finnish sauna, all in a pleasant atmosphere and very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel!

The rooms and facilities were superb Staff super helpful and very hard working. Amenities fabulous.

Elegant hotel with nice rooms and bathrooms. Clean and located in a very nice part or the city

A wonderful room that was spacious, stylish and clean. Everything worked (wifi, heating, hot water) perfectly and the kind receptionist was flexible regarding check out time.

Very comfortable for the night :)

Everything is great, stuuf are lovely and property is brand new

Personal was very lovely and welcoming! Breakfast where we were able to order different kind of dishes that was included in price. Spa zona that you can book - it had jacuzzi and sauna. Comfortable beds that wasn't too soft. Very polished and quite big rooms comparing others. Terrace on the roof for ordering sparkling drinks or coffee. Relaxing evenings there! Rooms were very tidy and you cam feel that hotel is new. Bathroom was spectacular in it's look and design. Public transport to city centre is very close by and you don't need to call taxi. Location of the hotel was also great - it was in front of shopping mall that had many useful things to buy.

Amazing lovely host, great clean flat with all the facilities The host offered to meet us at the airport, so it was perfect not to look for a taxi at the airport and to be taken straight to the flat.

The service was very good and we liked the breakfast too. We arrived early in the morning and the room was not yet available, but the personnel promised to send a message as soon as the room will be available. Very good service. Thanks! The sea view was magnificent.

Very modern and exceptionally friendly staff

Location is excelent, 5 minutes from Riva. Hotel is like box of chocolate, part of Dioclecian palace. Rooms and attached bathrooms are very nice. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good. All food is fresh with good choice. I am going to book with them again for sure. Many very in this comment , but all was very very good.

Location was incredible, couldn't ask for better. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was amazing and having two bathrooms was perfect. The staff were also very helpful on check in.

The location is simply unbeatable. Despite being in the center of the Palace (hence the busiest part of town), the rooms are absolutely quiet. We felt at all times treated like royalty :-). Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully presented. The hotel is tiny but very well-equipped, and the rooms are large and comfortable.

Amazing staff! The moment you arrive they make to sure to help you with everything! They even took their time to make our itineraries and packed food for trips earlier than the start of breakfast. They also helped us with our bags due to the many stairs of the old town. Jan was specifically helpful throughout our stay. Food was also great and so is the location! 1 min to Diocletian Palace.

Modern decorated room with everything you need. Location is in the Diocletian Palace, but was super quiet. Very good communication with the host.

The room was impeccably clean, AC worked great even in the 34-degree heat wave, bed was firm and comfortable, pillows were plentiful, even the soap was top quality. The location is ideal - everything is just outside your door. Plus the owner Falcon is thoughtful, energetic and determined to make everything great for his guests. If you are reading this, stop researching and book this place!

Everything was just perfect. The location, very easy to find due to great communication, directions and photos provided by the host before our arrival. It is so central, right beside everything, but not noisy at night time. The accommodation is beautiful, with everything we needed for our stay, tv with Netflix, tea / coffee making facilities, fridge. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful, big shower, plenty of hot water, toiletries, towels and hairdryer.

The owner was very kind and accommodated my requirements. I highly recommend it! You're just in the center of everything and the cafe is just seconds away.
