everything was amazing! the hotel is placed in a very central location in the city, close to all malls and beaches and a while lot of other attractions. our balcoy had an amazing view of the marina and we really enjoyed sitting there watching the view. the stuff was super friendly and everything was really clean. the food was really good especially at breakfast. there was a really good free and unlimited cocktail bar (and other soft drinks) which is open from 11:00-23:00. We've really enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back (:

A more than wonderful hotel and a distinguished location in the heart of the city. What caught my attention most in the hotel was the elegant receptionist Saddam and the reception manager Mr. Yusri

I liked the most that the staff of the hotel, especially the receptionist was very nice and helpful, also the cleanliness impeccable and the breakfast was very tasty and various.

The hotel was really excellent. The location is perfect, as it is close to all the main areas and surrounded by many restaurants, which makes everything very convenient. The staff is especially friendly, helpful, and professional. I would like to give special thanks to Qatadah — he was outstanding in his service. I give him 100 out of 10 for his kindness, support, and professionalism. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

To sum up, I had a wonderful stay. Price is very reasonable. This hotel's top-notch location is the best! It's a walking distance to the city center and to the public beach. Front desk staff are attentive, friendly and accommodating. They even help arranged my trip to Wadi Rum, as the hotel also has its own camp there. The room is new, clean, modern and elegant with a stunning view of the gulf of Aqaba. The bed is comfortable with a soft mattress that ensures a good night's sleep. Breakfast is great! I also tried their restaurants for lunch, I had a delicious seafood platter that comes with appetizers, salads and dessert. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Aqaba. I will surely come back!

A beautiful hotel with close access to the beach and marketplace! The staff was phenomenal. Took care of all our needs..bed was very comfortable..we were here during the conflict between Israel and Gaza and felt very safe..would highly recommend!!

It was very clean, great breakfast!!

The hotel is located away from the hotel zone, down the coast of the Red Sea and in a relaxing and beautiful location. You could walk along the road that parallel the Red Sea for exercise, which was very nice. There was also a heated pool, so swimming in the winter was an option. The breakfasts were great, with an extensive selection of hot and cold foods, as well as an omelette station.

Loved the vibrant colors and creative space layout. It was unique, artsy, and refreshingly different!every corner of the place was a piece of art

Hamam was amazing throughout our stay. He helped us with selecting activities and put us in touch with reputable companies. Very attentive & helpful. Mr Wael accommodated a last minute request we made that many hotels would not. We are very grateful and would definitely stay here again. The bellboy is also very very nice. I wish I remembered his name, but he was always smiling and happy to help. Made us feel extremely welcome.

The experience, from when we arrived until we left, Room was very clean and all amenities were available in addition to the location which is the center and close to everything.
