Neighborhood poor and deteriorating. Hotel falling apart - bathroom broken. Water flow challenging. No tissue. No shampoo. No towels. Had to stand at frint desk for about 30 minutes to obtain towels as I had to shower after a very long trip. AC preset at 17 degrees. Room was chilling cold. No remote to set the AC. Had to go to front desk at 3 AM to find a remote which was kept in their drawer. TV remote not working. Hot water kettle not working. Plus, other minor problems. Attending staff overwhelmed and inefficient. Bait and switch. Hotel looks different than presented at Booking.com. The hotel did not honor the booking offer of a 1-way shuttle to the airport. I showed Rakesh, the desk attendant, the offer with another fresh booking. He would not understand or budge. He blamed his owner Abhay, who I called, but he didn't pick the phone. I ended up using a charged Taxi through hotel, which was a piece of junk of a car. Thankfully, I made it to airport on time. Can not recommend this hotel to other guests.

    I've been to New Delhi a couple of times and this is one of the best places I've ever stayed. I was honestly really impressed by their service. The staff is great, they can help you with everything, while being incredibly pleasant and polite. The decor is very modern and stylish, rooms are great and comfy, even the pool is awesome. The location is great, 10-15 minute walk to the metro and well connected to the main sites of the city.
