I had chose the superior twin room and paid extra. When I went downstairs and showed them what I was promised in the reservation, they fixed it. I don't know whether it was booking.com the issue, or communication between booking and the hotel. My new room had a stunning view. The room was clean and good size. There were parking options and food near by. I dont know if it was Jeju island or the location, but I paid more for food than I did on the mainland. The attached conveience store proved to be needed. This is a great place.

This hotel has a gym, an indoor swimming pool and sauna! It blew my mind! I didn't have to find a Jjimjilbang to go to. It has everything that I need. Gym was also well-equipped. Parking was a breeze too! They have valet parking where they took your car to an underground parking spot. Super convenient. Good for someone who's nervous about getting into narrow parking space. A lot of great restaurants nearby. EMart was close by also. Super convenient to go anywhere in Jeju Island. No doubt I'll stay there again next time when I go to Jeju.

We used it to communicate about breakfast and they responded very quickly and accurately. We loved our stay very much. One of the highlights of our week in Jeju!
