I had a great stay at the hotel. The service provided by the front desk was excellent. A special thanks to Irfan for his outstanding professionalism and leadership. He treated every guest with respect, was attentive to our needs, and provided exceptional customer service. His positive attitude and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Irfan, and the entire front desk team for the wonderful hospitality!🥰🥰

Location is good and check in staff and security were super friendly and very helpful

Accessible, quite, clean and feels like home.

Arrived 3 hours late at 3am but Johnny on Reception handled everything with ease. Provided a beautiful suite that was on the 13th floor, utterly silent with lovely views over the city. Spotlessly clean facilities. Breakfast was excellent with many cold and hot options. Also spotlessly cleaned. Plates removed the instant they were finished with. Everything with this property was faultless. Nice touch was 30 minutes after arrival receiving a text message asking if all was acceptable with the room.

The staff are friendly and fulfill the requirements on time.

Everyone was very welcoming. Very relaxing time I have spent here. Thank you so much.

Exceptional and the staff is amazing

Location was great. Rooms were huge.

A quiet hotel with consistently excellent service at reception.

Location is very good, within 15min walk to the souk, the museum of Qatar and the Islamic art museum. Room is clean, has an iron as well. I was given a room prior to the 2pm check in. Staff is really friendly and helpful, Melik was fantastic!

The service was good. The reception staff was really helpful and the breakfast was amazing!

Very good and thankful for Mr عصام ❤️

Friendly staff, convenient location

While I was trying to look for a place to spend my weekend, I read Google reviews about Imperial Suites Hotel. I was quite hesitant at first to book due to several negative feedbacks (which was years ago). So I thought that maybe they improved from previous comments. The hotel was very secured from the screening of bags at the entrance. The receptionist, I think his name was Ibrahim, I saw it from the receipt, was very exceptional, the valet and houskeeping staffs were amazing. I informed beforehand that I might be arriving 4 hours earlier than the check-in time, and it was made possible due to room vacancy. The representative of the hotel were all throughout responsive Their hospitality was a top notch! I will definitely book the same hotel when I get back to Qatar.
