This place is something else! Apart from having a beautiful hotel, fantastic rooms and great spa service (amazing after a day of exploring), I'd highlight the amazing people that work here. They were constantly looking for ways to please us, they got us connected with a great tour guide, and even after having left and realizing that we left a necklace in the hotel, they quickly coordinated efforts to get us the necklace back to us at our next destination 2 hours away! I can't stress how much we loved it here and would recommend to anyone looking to visit this area.

The place is very unique, built into the moutains so it was very beautiful. If you love nature, this is a great place for you. The newer rooms are very nice but we enjoyed our room in the older section. The staff were all so accomodaing and nice.
