For the price, we were blown away by the Azalea Sapa Hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Sapa town and a stone's throw from the market. We loved being able to walk everywhere! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean , spacious room, beautiful Mountain View, staff are exceptionally nice, while I was sitting outside waiting for an early ride ( before they served breakfast) they brought me tea , fruit and some food for my trip -good people! I also like that it’s down a bit from the hustle and bustle of the main thoroughfare

I loved my stay here. After I got my booking confirmed, they immediately reached out to me via WhatsApp and asked if I need any help. Before even arriving, I have asked for help for pick up at the Sleeper bus station. The accomodations is exactly how it was advertised. They also have wonderful breakfast. I think they have the best tea and coffee versus those in instagram cafes! I love that they also have overnight laundry services. And most especially, I appreciate their staff. Special call out to Soni who had been able to help us out with our tours and transportation

Sapa Eco Villas (Mr Quan) was really helpful right from the start of our trip. We made a request in our booking and Mr Quan got in touch with us soon after to assist. His replies in the email thread was prompt and smooth, which was really helpful in planning out our trip. As per our request, he was able to arrange a driver to pick us up at an ungodly time of 5.30am in the morning (as we took a midnight sleeper bus to Sapa). We recommend future travelers to book the driver through the Villa after looking at opening hours of the destination you’re going. We were there 30 mins before Sapa Heaven Gate opens. During this tour, there has been some hiccup in the drivers that were assigned to us (driver’s side issue not the Villa), and i sent an email to Mr Quan informing him about it. He made sure to get our newly assigned driver’s number, called him and told him to pass the phone to us (asked us if we were okay as our data roaming were weak Sapa outskirts), this was a pretty heartwarming gesture to us. After that tour, when we arrive at the Villa, we were warmly received by the staffs there, Mr Quan included. Since there was also a birthday surprise planned for me (by my bf and Mr Quan, through email), Mr Quan made sure to have the room ready (and discreetly), for me to enjoy my Birthday. Right off from the start, I was greeted with happy birthday wordings made with rose petals on the bed. During our BBQ dinner, the entire team at the villa surprised me with a birthday cake, made my birthday a memorable one indeed thank you Sapa Eco Villas 😊 Apart from the friendly staffs who made our stay at the villa feel homely, they make really good food for all our 3 meals. This was great as there are no F&Bs nearby the villa! The food was also decently priced and not hiked up like usual hotels. We both really loved the food. I even cried missing the food. We will be back, thank you for the great stay Sapa Eco Villas! Have never highly recommended an accommodation before.

    Great hotel. Had the deluxe room with balcony. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, modern room, comfy bed in a great location on a quiet street but only a 3min walk to the centre, good breakfast. I can't praise this hotel highly enough. Kim and the staff are brilliant! Highly recommended.

    This was the most amazing, high quality hotel! 5he location is so central yet so quiet. The Junior Suite is perfect and such incredible value for the quality. Beds are very comfortable and bath is beautiful. Very modern and clean. The breakfast is excellent...one of the best we've had in Vietnam. We stayed 3 nights and the hotel arranged a 2 day/ 1 night homestay trek - highly recommended. Mai and Su are genuinely great ladies and shared so much culture with us. Mrs Tran is a kind and thoughtful host at Eden. We hope to return! 💗
