All the staff are super friendly and helpful and make sure the entire visit is made easy and fun for the family. We had a great stay and will book again.

My son was completely looked after at the kid’s club and absolutely loved the warm, kid-friendly atmosphere. He had the chance to make new friends and enjoy himself to the fullest, which gave us, as parents, the peace of mind to relax and fully enjoy our time, knowing our kids were safe and happy. The food served at Barrakee was some of the best I have ever tasted—a delightful three-course dinner with canapés. Sharing this experience with great company made it even more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Barrakee to anyone seeking a wonderful snow holiday, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Food options were great, Breakfast was included with the stay and the dinners were well planned out. The bed was very comfy and facilities were great. I was picked up at the Skitube entrance, and meeting the lodge representative was easy.

Beautiful lovely chalet in a quiet part of Thredbo but close to everything. Comfortable and equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the great hiking trails around Thredbo.
