Our room got cleaned every day as we bought sand in from the beach and the cleaner was great. But the best thing by far was the amazing staff!!!! Carolina and all of the workers were exceptional, so helpful and nothing was too much to ask. Just on this fact alone, we’ll be trying to come back yearly!! Best staff ever and best hotel ever! We loved holbox so much.

I even got a little chilly and used both blankets. Slept like a baby.
