The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. There is always someone around, always attendfull security present. They really want you to have a great stay. The room is spacious, with nice views. It contains all gadgets/machines that you might expect from such a great hotel: washing machine, dryer, good size fridge. The view at the 48th floor is just amazing. Also, the streets with (western orientated) restaurants and pubs is almost around the corner, as well as local street food markets. I highly recommend staying there, great hotel at a good location

With high parking cost to park at KLCC, Pavillion and other attraction, grab and walking will be just fine for me.
