Bhu Nga Thani Resort & Villas Railay enjoys a location with limestone beaches and mangrove forests nearby. It is a 25-minute boat ride from Ao Nang Beach and a 45-minute long tail boat ride from Krabi Town. We booked this hotel last minute as a treat and received a free upgrade to a pool villa. Very happy - it was amazing. Spacious. Attractive. Private. Comfortable huge bed. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

Housing 2 outdoor pools and children's pool, it also has a spa and free internet. The architecture and landscaping was amazing and exceptionally beautiful. There were 2 pools, but I didn't discover one until late. My sister-in-law was ill and the staff got a doctor and nurses to come see her in her room almost immediately. She was impressed by the quality of the medical care. She also felt better within a short time and was able to explore a bit. The meals were excellent. My brother and I took the cooking class and it was very well organized and done.
