I was given my preferred room with the lake view. No noise disturbance from my room. The staff is so attentive and very willing to help every time. Big thumbs up to Mrs Lily, she was in constant communication with me even before I arrived Vietnam, she also helped recommend tours to ensure I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very delicious with great variety. Infact, every staff I encountered was very courteous and willing to help in anyway to make my stay stress free and enjoyable. I would totally come back here on my next visit to Hanoi and recommend for others to stay.

The staff were professional and helpful with every question we had. They made sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond — delivering same day laundry services, ordering an airport taxi, and even making us a packed breakfast for our early flight. We got to enjoy the full breakfast buffet as well, and it was a great spread with lots of choices — classic breakfast food plus local options. The location is ideal — it's in Old Quarter but not in the overly-tourist areas. There are cool craft shops, great restaurants, and interesting cafes and bars nearby. Highly recommend!

Bunny, Ruby, Grace, Sofia etc was fantastic as well as the breakfast staff - never seen such earnest effort to support residents. Thank you for making Hanoi an amazing time. The area is popular for cycling, and car hire is available at this 4-star hotel. We had an issue with delayed luggage and the staff was extremely helpful. On top of that, we were upgraded to a better room by the reception staff who were just outstanding. They even gave us a little gift upon check out ! Absolutely recommend . Great location too
