This is truly a paradise, I love to stay more but have to return my country. Julia is really friendly and nice lady, I like the way she operates this place. The bathroom is clean, the staff clean the beach every day. Although I come from Vietnam, the Spanish food is delicious for me. If you have small luggage this is fun to take a short trekking through jungle.

I’ve been to over 34 countries, and the hospitality at SunBoo was among the best I’ve ever received. The staff learn your name and treat you like family. I only stayed one night, but they were genuinely thankful for my stay. Yoga was also a highlight. The location is straight up paradise. You hear the waves as you fall asleep. The food is wonderful as well. If you are looking for slice of heaven, away from the dirty beaches at Mpai Bay, Saracen and Koh Rong, this is it. Sunset Beach is the best beach I’ve seen in all my travels. It is pure peace. All you have to do is relax.

The location (sunset beach) was perfect for a relaxation, everyone (incl other places on this side of the island) were so friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth the 15-20min trek through the jungle to get to sunset beach. We were pretty active so would only sleep in the tent and for that it does the job just fine.

A little peace of paradise :) Isolated, hard to reach, worth every step. If you are a 5* resort person, it's probably not for you, if you have no problem sleeping in a tent, it beats the 5* resort by a mile :) far better then pictures.

I booked cuz the other hostels were sold out but I’m so glad I stayed here! It was so nice to wake up on the beach and such a fun experience! I would just check the weather and make sure no storms are coming. There was a small rain storm and it was a little crazy in a tent but the staff was super helpful and made sure all the steaks stayed in the ground and even fixed a small rip in my tent so no water got in! Definitely would stay here for a shorter period of time but so worth it!

I had an amazing stay at Coconut Beach Bungalows! The beach is stunning, with white sand and crystal-clear water. I stayed in one of their cozy tents, which was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a unique, nature-filled experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I loved the free use of kayaks and fishing gear. Evenings by the bonfire under the stars were unforgettable. The restaurant served delicious food, making the whole trip even better. A perfect place to relax and recharge—I can’t wait to come back!
