It really is set in the most perfect location, you can choose if you want to spend the day in nature or visit the temples in Kathmandu centre. The food is exceptional, all home grown and home made and catered to your every need. I cannot recommend this place more, I will definitely come back here when I return to Nepal, it is perfect for travelling alone or with your loved ones. I looked all over the Internet for the perfect place to stay during my time in Bathali, I am so glad I found Thumki Resort, the Hotel is located in the most beautiful scenic location and the views during sunrise and sunset were remarkable, the Staff was very friendly and the food was brilliant in all aspects truly authentic Nepali cuisine. I’ll definitely visit if I’m ever in the area again and highly recommend anyone else to do so as well.
