Room was well maintained, turn down service was a nice touch. Staff were always nice to speak to. Facilities were gorgeous and the sunset lounge was unbeatable.

Spacious room, very nice amenities, good cleaning service for the room (several times per day), spectacular views towards the ocean and Gomera, excellent hotel location, in a quiet area (very good to have it in Tenerife these days), very nice pool area (several pools, some of them heated) and pool bar (thanks Justin for the drink service), excellent restaurants (thanks Ana-Maria, Luis and Jose Luis for a very good and discrete service) with a good variety of foods and wines, nice and very useful reception service (thank you, Cristina!), spacious underground parking. Not the first time in Tenerife and all in all I can say that this hotel is probably one of the best on the island and fully deserves its stars.

I loved the size it is very convenient to the beach and Siam Park (5 min drive and there is a shuttle). The resort is centrally located around the pool and restaurant. There are fun activities throughout the day. We were able to relax at the pool and enjoy. The staff is so nice and friendly to your children. The activities coordinator is so sweet and enthusiastic at all events. We really enjoyed her. The fresh fruit and vegetables are amazing and the themed dinners are great. The nightly entertainment is fun for the family.

Gran Oasis Resort is a luxury aparthotel, set next to Las Américas Golf Course. Set in gardens, this complex has a large outdoor swimming pool and views of the Atlantic Ocean.

We had all-inclusive and we didn't miss anything: the very good and diversified food, the pools with hot water, the evening programs from the terrace and not least the decorations dream. We will return to this resort!
