The hotel is very new and has a really well planned scandinavian look. It feels very cozy and also has a kitchen which makes it really cool to self prepare what you want. It was very convenient for us.

Situated in Kinna, 32 km from Borås Centralstation, Lydde Gård features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Very cozy environment. A lot of attention has been paid to the details. I arrived late at night (10:30 PM) and left in the morning, but I would have liked a longer experience. Breakfast had a very nice setup which is important in my opinion. The breakfast staff was young but took very good care of the setup and service which I consider a special value. If I could have had a chance to arrive earlier and check in the afternoon it would have definitely extended the positive experience of the stay and I could write more about the opportunity offered. It was a bit unclear how many washrooms the property has if they are shared washrooms, but I will look into it next time.

Located in Floda, 15 km from Vattenpalatset, Öijared Resort provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. We stumbled on this place while looking for a layover between Copenhagen and Oslo. My kids and husband play disc golf, so the course here was a draw, and they had marked running trails for me. The hotel itself was a really wonderful surprise: the rooms were huge for families (separate bunk room for the kids), with the summer light our kids were allowed to play soccer golf well past 10pm, and the food was very good. I wish we had stayed more than one night and I will recommend it to anyone doing a driving holiday through Sweden (especially golfers!) This waterfront hotel is located on Ingrid Bergman Square, next to Fjällbacka Harbour. It provides views of the Skagerrak Strait, dining options and tastefully decorated rooms with free WiFi. Beautiful, central location. Wonderful staff (the boss privately organized a kayak for us to rent, although the local kayak rental was closed that day!), very dog friendly, tastefully designed room

Located just 150 metres from Mariestad Station, this biosphere hotel is focused on environmental sustainability. It offers free WiFi and free public parking spaces are found nearby. The breakfast was perfect! The staff was also excellent & nice
