I stayed in Gyumri for one night, and I'm so glad I chose to stay at the Kotun guesthouse. The location is very central -- less than 10 minutes to downtown on foot -- the accomodations are clean and modern, and the guests were all very friendly. I will definitely stay here again in the future and can't recommend it enough!

This is a wonderful place. It is clean, safe, and in a great location. The hosts are delightful. The road leading to the house is not paved and seems to be under construction, but it's the city's issue to resolve. Overall we are very happy and would recommend Onoyi Tun Guest House to anyone.

It was a beautiful place to begin my trip to Armenia. A lovely old house right in the middle of town, very clean and comfortable and a wonderful owner.

Great location, close to Varnadants Square and main downtown. The amenities in the living room are plenty. It has a nice balcony to enjoy the view and nice weather (if available). Really clean, and matches the description and photos. Owner is available anytime, providing his number if needed.

A very nice family runs this guesthouse and made us feel very welcomed! The room and bathroom were very clean. Only 10 minutes walking to the center of Gyumri and there’s an excellent local restaurant nearby. We appreciated the coffee and fresh apricots on arrival! There’s a nice garden and covered area with a table to relax too.
