We loved the idea of staying in a hobbit's place. The breakfast was a BIG surprise, in a good way. The premises are sweet and lovely, the OST from the movie kept playing in my head. There was a problem with the plumbing but the hosts were really nice about it. Also, in March it was a bit chilly but again, the hosts provided an extra heater

Nelly is a formidable host and excellent cook. She prepared a fabulous dinner. She speaks English quite well. It was practical to have a small kitchen next to our bedroom. We were very warm despite the cold outside thanks to big comforters and extra blankets.

Above all, we love Anahit's warm, welcoming personality. We truly felt at home. The rooms are very clean and full of all modern comforts, including wi-fi. However, you hardly want to stay indoors because her magical, luscious garden and patio with majestic views compels you to be outdoors. We enjoyed her traditional, homemade breakfast. It was not only delicious but beautifully presented as well in her veranda overlooking the green mountains above.
