Every things was perfect and the staff was so kind and the location was amazing 👌🏼

I had a lovely room with a balcony and beautiful views. The owners Beate and Bernd did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of fresh, local flavors. The location was perfect: quiet and yet right next to one of the cable cars and the bus station for transport to the Schmittenbahn. The lake, restaurants and shops are all in walking distance. I will come back!

The location is in good place (near by cityXpress) and walkable distance from lake and train/bus station. The room is comfy and cozy. The stay has lift facility. The receptionist also so professional. The host provides guest ticket. With that we can enjoy free rides in public transport and easily access tourist attractions by public transport.

The owner was extremely friendly. I came to run a trail race, and the lady kindly explained everything so I could have breakfast earlier. The location is right next to the ski lift, which must be very convenient in winter.

What a little gem. Everything went very smooth and in a very professional manner from the moment we checked in. The hotel owner (who checked us in) was very welcoming, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Check in process was fast, and we received a lot of information about Zee Lam See and the touristic areas, and we were also provided by a tourist card and leaflet that had info of a range of touristic areas, a number of which were combined with the hotel charge. We were a family of 4 who travelled with so much heavy luggage and the owner was very helpful in helping with the luggage to our room which was on the 1st floor (no life in the property). We didn’t expect any help with the luggage from a small family hotel but was such a nice gesture from them. Our stay included breakfast and it was one of the best breakfast experiences we had. There was a decent range of cold cuts, eggs,cheeses, cereals, bread, tea, coffee, chocolate, etc. The hotel owner and staff were so considerate to our needs being muslims and we were provided with salmon for breakfast even on days that salmon was not supposed to be served. The quality of the eggs were top notch so was the way they were cooked and served. We booked a family room for 4 ppl and it has exceeded out expectations by far. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The room was devided into 2 the master bedroom with a door and a large sitting room with sofa and a bunk bed. Both the room and the sitting room had enough storage areas for all of us however the bathroom on the small size but manageable. I would highly recommend this hotel to every one from the level of professionalism and assistance and the feeling of warmth we received during our unforgettable stay. I really like the hotel, it has a great location, clean & tidy, charming lake view, and most importantly the hotel manager Mr. Dirk Maes, he is super nice, caring, and really taking care of every detail. I enjoyed Zell am see and enjoyed staying at Magali’s.

The location was excellent. Very close to the lift and equipment rental store and you can also get a ski pass at the hotel. The place has several parkings, very nice and neat. The restaurant is amazing, we took breakfast and dinner and it was great! Breakfast is very varied, you'll find so many things to your taste. And the dinner was just delicious, great service, wonderful food!!! Moreover there's a small spa at the hotel and after being tired from skiing you can rest there and use saunas and hammam to relax the mind and muscles, it was so good! We'll definitely come again!!! Many thanks to our hosts :)
