Just wow! The room was perfect, the beds comfortable, everything looked modern and clean. But most of all the host was just born for this job. We've been traveling for 3 months now and Franco has been the best and most friendly host we've encountered! Franco went the extra mile with a room upgrade, giving us an extra late checkout, early check in time, and the coffee (according to my girlfriend) is the best. Really the other reviews here are not joking, it really is that good!

The room was well kept and the staff were such amazing people they always try to help in every way. Not to mention the wifi was super fast. Steaming hot water. Again the staff helped me with every question I asked. Another great thing is the location is 5-10 minutes from every hot spot to go to.

Enjoyed this amazing stay in Cuenca . The hotel had everything my husband and I needed . We went on a couple get away and enjoyed the city , the views , the night life . Our hotel was right in front of a great view , so many attractions nearby . It is not loud at all , hotel was cleaned and staff was extremely helpful .
