A perfect stay in the center of Palma. The room we had was very good and equipped with all what is needed for a comfortable stay for a family of 4 with a baby. The staff are very helpful and they provided all the necessary information for an easy check-in, one staff member was present at the check-in and he helped us with the luggage and the stroller as there is a staircase. The location is definitely a great plus, it is close to the shops, restaurants and points of interest. We really loved it!

The location was great, about 1 block to the beach and there was a good cafe across the street. The staff was very amenable and met us late in the evening after our flight and they were very friendly and helpful. Being that we were traveling with four people, the room met our needs and was a great value.
