Thank goodness we found this property! You cannot beat the location which is on the backside of the cathedral. About a five second walk. Our night was not just a “stay”, it was an amazing experience. We were buzzed in and opened the door into a stunning patio & walked thru precious doors to check into this 1200 year old building. We were checked in and given a tour on a map of the things that we should see. Asunción was lovely. With grace, enthusiasm & the biggest smile, Joanna offered the most incredible breakfast service. With coffee, or tea, eggs the way you like them, bread, cake, fruit, meats and cheese, it’s a great way to start your day in Toledo. I can’t say enough about this place. You will not get a better location, better service, or a better environment than this place. Make sure you book the Casa Palacio de Catedral. We will be back!

The staff were LOVELY. I could just tell by the smiles and laughter despite language barriers that they enjoyed life and their jobs and taking care of people — including storing my bag all day. Room was very clean and comfortable. I slept well!

The attendant was very courteous. The room was updated and very clean. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Access to Free parking during the weekend on the street. A bus stop was not far. Walking distance to restaurants.

Everything about this Hotel was a good surprise, The girl on the reception waited for us even though her shift ends 1 hour before our arrival time. The apartment was very new and big size for 3 people.
