The location was amazing, beach is literally down the street. The property was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It looks just like the pictures. The restaurant has good food and great drinks for a very good price.

The staff was exceptional. We were very late and Debora went over and above to get us checked in via email. Her instructions were perfect and we were able to enter the property and get in our room after midnight. I can’t even begin to explain how much we appreciated her. She honestly cared about getting us in our room. Amazing customer service!

Had a lovely time at Guadalupe: the Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, even tho it was the closest to the restaurant. Beautiful view from the balcony in the morning. Pity I was only staying for a night.
