Excellent third stay here. No frills B&B with friendly accommodating staff with exceptional breakfast. Only a stroll away from the tram stop for easy access to Fleetwood, Bispham, Cleveleys and Blackpool and advice given by staff on ticket options too. Great little B&B will definitely be back. Breakfast was just amazing-the hostesses really went all out to ensure breakfast was warm well presented tasty and filling. Assorted cereals Assorted fresh juice Assorted jams Butter Eggs done however preferred Sausage Two good slices of Bacon Beans Tomato Toast Fried bread Coffee or tea We had an option to chose anything else extra off the menu from a long list☺️ we went with hashbrown

Accommodation was great, clean, well equipped with everything you need, unlimited tea, biscuits etc. Easy to park on the street outside. We really appreciated that the room was ready when we turned up 3 hours before check-in. Also easy to get back in late, as you have a front door key. Didn't have breakfast but is smelled great! Recommended.
