My best stay in Georgia. I’ve traveled a lot in the country but this was the most welcoming stay. Hosts were very helpful, nice and kind. Room was clean, good renovation, very comfy bed, had everything I needed. Breakfast was simple but good (omelet, butter, pastry with eggs, bread and jam). From the land you can see Rabat fort and the mountains around very clear, the location is very calm no car noise, all cafes and stores in 5-6 minutes walk, Rabat square in maybe 8 minutes walk. Oto (the owner) would give me rides to bus station which was very kind, tried to help in every possible way. I was even sad to leave. Big thanks to the family!

Great place and recently renovated. The room was very cozy with nice new furnishing. The room has a waterkettle, tee and coffee. The Bed was comfortable and very clean, for us the best one for very long time. The rooms have a very nice old wooden floor which makes a nice atmosphere. It has two big windows so it is very bright in the room. There is also a nice common space with sofas like a living room in the middle of the different rooms you can rent, features with a fridge (mini bar) and good WiFi. The restaurant is also very nice, both inside and outside in the beautifully made garden. The menu ranges from sushi, soups, Asian noodles, pasta to pizza & burgers. It also offers vegetarian and some vegan options.

I really liked service. As I traveled a lot of places this is one of the best places I have ever seen. It was really quick with check in. Also view from this place in the morning is amazing. Amazing place to stay! The sweetest people in Georgia are running this guesthouse! They are really kind and helpful. The location is perfect really close to the bus station and many good restaurants. The rooms and toilets are clean and spacious, they also have a fully equipped kitchen.

I've been a traveller for over 40 years. This is the BEST accommodation I have ever experienced. I have never given a score of 10....ever. But this place deserves that mark and more. The hosts, Veronica and George and their delightful daughters Maria and Ella welcomed and fussed over me like a long lost relative. Their kindness and hospitality was endless. The food was exceptional. The homelike atmosphere made me not want to leave The entire property is spotless. My bed, pillow and linen reminded me of staying with my grandmother. The bathroom was beside my room Perfectly situated less than five minutes from the bus station and the most incredible castle as the view from my window and a ten minute stroll away. If I return to Georgia it will mostly be because of this beautiful family
