Great location of the property. Easy access to property. Very clean and comfortable. Easy takeover for check in and check out. The host was very kind and available for any additional questions. Public parking with additional charge but very cheap daily cost (4 EUR/day) and near to property (less then 1min walk). If you are doing business in very center of Osijek, this is great location.

I liked clean room and floor, both ladies were friendly. Rooms contained everything needed. Also the market were nearby so its really good olace to stay.

Everthing was perfect, excellent value for money, in center of town, 5 min walk, big space, clean, breakfast perfect, excellent check in/out procedure, private hidden parking (motorcycle traveler) and above all (personal preference) excellent firm bed!

This place was great, I had a last minute notice to be in Osijek for a day and then I found this amazing new place in Osijek. It is a walking distance from the main city square, you have a pub in the same building offering craft beer and great coffee where you can chill after a good day of work which is btw owned by the same person that is hosting Hoppy rooms. The place is newly opened, furnished perfectly for a day or two to sleepover, shower and toilets work flawlessly and you even have a nice little shared kitchen space where you can grab something to drink. All in all, this is a little hidden gem in Osijek.
