This was the kind of remote homely place I was hoping for and this was supplemented by wonderful hosts. The location was ideal for hiking (on the Kerry Way) and the B&B had plenty of charm. Add to that a top chef as proprietor!

The food at breakfast and dinner was absolutely top notch and John and Sandy are perfect hosts. Topped off with the Stepping Stones idyllic location, you just can't find anything better for a break in Ireland's stunning mountains.

Sandy and John were wonderful hosts and gave me a lovely welcome after a long day of hiking on the Kerry Way. The B&B was very cozy and had all the amenities I could've asked for. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of fruits as well as a typical Irish Breakfast that can compete with the best of them. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, even knowing the ascent right outside the front door will kick my but again ;)

The location is fantastic for walking, stunning surrounding mountains and quietude. Sandy and John are excellent cooks and even make their own amazingly delicious ice cream, like rose, pomegranate and chocolate with chilli! And that in the middle of nature! All freshly homemade food, vegan and vegetarian choices. Lovely hosts on a exceptional spot.

Lovely warm house, surrounded by mountains with a few cows as your neighbours! Numerous walks nearby and located within 15 minutes of a good size town. Great hosts with a nice welcome package including fresh flowers. Highly recommend.
