Loved it. 1min from the beach, very good accessible with a stroller (baby-friendly). Quiet place, street with many shops is abt 10min walk. Very good breakfasts, big room, very comfortable big bed, the area is very green. 2 free water bottles daily. We loved it and extended our stay there. But the most important - people who work there: very-very supportive! Highly recommend this place!

Firstly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a little piece of paradise on the edge of Palolem, tucked away on sand walking paths with a less than 1 minute walk to the beach. You can hear the waves from the cottages as you are drifting to sleep. The staff are laidback, friendly and accommodating. The owners are very sweet as well. The bug net was perfect to cover the bed.

I have stayed at this hotel three times, previously for leisure and now for business purposes. The location is convenient, with a wide road adjacent to the hotel, making it easy for transportation to stop. One of the highlights of my stay is the breakfast service, which starts at 8 AM and can be arranged even earlier upon special request. The hotel is equipped with a generator, which has proven to be invaluable due to frequent power outages. The restaurant menu is well-balanced, and every dish I tried was delicious. An important feature to note is that when the room key is removed, power to the room is cut off; however, the air conditioning remains operational, ensuring comfort. I would like to commend the exceptional service provided by Vrushali and Sahil. Vrushali, the front desk administrator, effectively addressed all our issues and was always available to meet our needs and requests. She organized the laundry service for our clothes and assisted in retrieving an overpayment. Sahil, a proactive staff member in the restaurant, responded swiftly to all requests. Without his efficiency, our orders would have taken significantly longer to arrive. He is truly an intelligent and proactive individual. Overall, my experience at this hotel has been positive, and I would recommend it to others for both business and leisure stays.

The place is awesome as suggested and the rooms were clean and the wifi was also very good and the host liston is also very helpful in suggesting good places to eat and we really liked his company and the best thing about this property is that it's situated very near to the beach, just a 5-10 minutes walk through the local market and you are at the beach. Really enjoyed it and will come back ASAP.
