The place is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Host is absolutely welcoming. Great common area with everything you need. Brand new single room, clean and cozy. What is more when I came after long cycling trip, I have been surprised to see that the is also a hot tub. The best stay on the trip to Iceland.

Loved staying here, everything was so clean and fresh, staff always helped when I needed them. The view from balcony was amazing, we saw northern lights. Best experience i had in long time, we want to go again in summer. Also, the facilities were nearby , parking for car was clean and right beside apartments.

My husband and I stayed here from Jan 8-9 after we mistakenly booked for Jan 7-8. Our mistake! however, Helga helped us transfer our booking seamlessly even tho she definitely didn’t have to. She showed us our beautiful room which was so comfy cozy and warm. There was a jacuzzi and even a dry sauna and a coffee bar. More than that, Helga and her husband personally made us breakfast at 8 am even tho we were the ONLY guests there. I would’ve given this place a great review under normal circumstances but given how Helga went above and beyond for us, this is hands down the best place I’ve stayed in Iceland. 10/10

This is a wonderful location. Easy access to many great cites on the Golden Circle, yet away from all the hubbub. Very private and felt like we were in our own little secluded place. Also, a very nice cottage with everything you need. Also, the owners are very responsive to any needs you may have. Great place!! Thank you for the wonderful stay.
