    Giuseppe was the perfect host and he should be the high standard for other bed and breakfast. He was very helpful to us for travel ideas and his homemade breakfast with strawberry delights are to look forward to. We had to leave at 6:30 AM for an early flight out of Rome and he prepared a very thoughtful bagged breakfast for us in our refrigerator. Perfect!! The rooms and facilities are all new and beautifully well designed. You will not be disappointed. The view of the lake is beautiful.

    The accomodation has a beautiful style, welcoming, calm ambience, spotless clean, great location, comfortable, very gentle and kind hosts, they both speak good English. Good breakfast with most of the items are homemade and all fresh Overall...perfect stay ❤️

    Fantastic location with a wonderful view of Lago di Nemi. Very nice hosts. We felt very welcome. New spotless and charming BB. Nice hikes possible in the surroundings, and many little pittoresque villages nearby. Easy to get to Rome by train, if you want to visit the city during your stay.
