The atmosphere of the place is magnificent, Ruth and Bob are amazing couple that owns and run it. You can taste famous blue mountain coffee that comes right from surrounding plantation and is roasted by Bob. Ps. There are few beautiful semi-wild cats that wisit often, especially around dinner time. They would highly appreciate if you bring some food/treats for them:)

We loved interacting with our hostess. She was kind and responsive to our needs. We also appreciated how modern and clean the space was. The location was excellent and allowed us to access the city easily. This was a reasonably priced, spotlessly clean, centrally located apartment with wonderful amenities. It had a full sized well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was spacious with a large walk in shower. The bedroom had a large comfortable bed with lots of closet space, air conditioning, TV and fan. In addition, there was a living room with another large wall mounted TV and comfortable chesterfields. There was free secure parking within the premises for my rent a car. The area was very quiet so I always had a good night’s sleep. The Wifi reception was excellent. The host Ann and her husband were courteous and very accommodating. The apartment had many extras such as bottled water, soaps, hand sanitizer and even bags of potato chips. Ann really strives to make her guests comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kingston. This place is a perfect base for touring all the wonderful sights of Kingston.

Lorna is the best, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable as you should and you get to enter in a beautiful, spacious, well kept room that feels like you never want to leave. The house keeper was friendly and helpful, everything felt amazing. Wish I never had to leave😅
