The highlight of my stay was for sure the friendliness of the owners. I was SO well received and the lady went out of her way to help me whenever I needed. She even took me to a restaurant when I asked for a dinner recommendation (and it was delicious). As a solo traveler, this place made me feel safe and cared for. The room was also very warm (heated floors) so you will definitely not be cold during the night. The patio is adorable and the breakfast is very good. I would 100% recommend and stay again.

The vibe, the owner, location, humble and clean. Once we arrived the owner took upon himself to help us clean our luggage and load them into the Hanok room. He then generously spent a full hour if not longer explaining the entire map of the locations to us based on our interests and what we'd like to do during our stay. on our way later to Seoul he noticed that we hadn't booked Express train tickets and gave us a heads up which we were very grateful for we then changed direction to go to the bus station instead and he helped us load our luggage to the taxi and also communicated with the taxi driver to get us to the bus station and basically saved us a couple of hours and frustration at the train station. he was the most generous host and we enjoyed our trip so much I would love to go back again to the exact same location.

I loved staying at And Spring, it was a beautiful property with everything you need. It was specious with room to take a break from everything you would like to do in the area, it had a lovely bed and large bath. The kitchen facilities was for me a big plus since, in addition to the coffee and tea supplied, I could make some meals for my self. I can highly recommend you to stay at And Spring

The rooms were very clean and looked nice. Breakfast was delicious. The lady who took care of us was really welcoming and kind. She spoke English and it was nice to talk with her.

Extensive guidance on what to do in Jeonju and a super warm welcome. They reserved a parking spot for us with their own car and waited until we arrived. Wonderful house and surprisingly quiet at night. He made wooden printing blocks for a living, see pictures.

The owner is so kind and warm hearted. The place is clean. I love how they use organic products for toiletries like shampoo, body wash, toothpaste. They provided a face mask. The owner gave me a 2 bottles of yogurts, a banana and rice cakes before I leave the property. And that’s so sweet.

I cannot express well enough how good the hosts were to us. Since our arrival we were well treated. First the host showed us a map pointing all good areas around, which was super handy (including good restaurant options), then on our checkout, because of the traffic he gave us a ride to the intercity bus terminal, which was surprisingly kind of him. Loved the stay and the hosts made it even better. Regarding the room itself, it was according to the expected Hanok experience, with the extra that everything was super clean. We arrived much earlier than the checking time and they were kind enough to let us in as the room was almost ready.

This tasteful hanok house is located in the hanok village, literally just one step away from the main streets. From here you can easily walk around to explore the beauty of Jeonju and enjoy all the great bistros & cafes. Yet it is also very peaceful and cozy. The place is run by a friendly and warm-hearted couple, who will go above and beyond to treat you well. They prepared welcome tea, beautiful breakfasts and even farewell snacks for me during my stay here. I had a great time and would definitely stay at Sungsim again when I return to Jeonju.

The location is close to the 청연루, so it's quite quiet at night. The host is very friendly and responsive. The room is well-decorated and cozy. I really rest so well there, will definitely visit here again if I have the chance. The host also helps us with arranging a taxi since we were leaving quite early in the morning.
