The owners of this place and the family are very hospitable. There was great attention to details. The hottest water for shower we experienced in our Thailand and Laos trip. Also free bikes to take a ride in the city. All in all, great value for money.

The place was absolutely great and located so close to the town. Just by the river with a great view. Room was huge, clean, comfortable and it was good value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, in particular the lady at the reception (who I believe is the owner/one who runs the show) was extremely kind to us and very accommodative of our requests and went out of her way to help us. The breakfast spread was so good with a variety of items. Would definitely recommend this place of you're heading to Luang Prabang.

The house is mostly made from wood so it's cool in summer (summer here is HOT hot). The room is spacious. The location is perfect tbh, we could access the places we wanted to visit for less than 20 steps. The host is very very helpful & friendly. Highly recommended.
