The location is not far from the downtown area but far enough to have a relaxing stay. You can easily walk to small Adams Peak and the 9 arch bridge from there. The host was a wonderful gentleman who made sure my stay was an excellent one and provided me with useful information during my stay. He even arranged my transfer to Trincomalee which I appreciated. The room itself was very comfortable with a fan that kept the room at a nice temperature as the nights are cool.Nice bed and good hot water pressure.

What a beautiful stay on the top of the mountains. Our room was clean and overlooked the scenic mountains just as it was described. The bathroom was modern and had nice hot water. The patio area was perfect for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best we've had in sri lanka. Host Aku was amazing. He checked in with us and communicated with us throughout and answered all our questions. Helped us get a tuktuk if we needed one cause of the rain. And helped us arrange a taxi back to Columbo. The location provided complimentary laundry service which was so helpful for us as we were traveling for a week. Highly recommend!

We had the discussion what differentiates an 8 star rating versus a 9 star one, and agreed the difference laid in the details. As someone who traveled 5 years straight and saw too many examples of people doing it wrong, it's always nice(but rare) to find someone doing it right. Most things that make a guest happy are available here. I mostly judge accommodations on value and these guys seem to have understood that. Great accommodation with great breakfast. Hats off guys.

Very cosy place with wonderful view! The hosts were friendly and helped us to feel the Ella magic at its best (with all advices and help on transfers). The location is also great, as it is only 10 mins by foot to all the restaurants area. Definitely recommend the place!
