The owner was simply amazing and his hospitality was at a level above the rest the rooms were clean and the owner tended to all small and big needs of ours. The special touch given by him of curd and treacle was amazing service of this quality is very rare and should be appreciated

Very cozy guest house. Quiet peaceful place. One of the friendliest hosts I have ever met. Excellent breakfasts and dinners, everything is just like home. Wonderful people. No problems with water, there is a fan and air conditioning. The owner and staff do not impose anything on you beyond what you have agreed on. But at the same time they are always ready to help you if necessary. Imagine that you are very tired of the city bustle, constant noise, annoying and intrusive sellers. You want to escape somewhere to the ends of the earth. Then this is the place for you. Here you will be met by Thaliph, who will give you a room, feed you breakfast and express his readiness to introduce you to the beauty of Sri Lanka. Imagine a beach with fine white sand. Closer to the ocean, the sand is already chocolate color. And not a single tourist around, no one will prevent you from enjoying the beauty of the ocean. Only you and the ocean, which will greet you with the sound of the surf and a light breeze. In this house, you will be surrounded by the most hospitable and friendly people. When we went to this guest house, we imagined a hotel, fuss, scurrying staff. But, after we checked in, we were left to our own devices. At the same time, everything we needed was given to us as soon as we reminded about ourselves. The breakfasts are excellent. Fish with rice or vegetables, shrimp or fruit on the ocean shore are simply delicious. You will always be given fresh tea, and those who wish will be offered a bottle of beer. By the way, when you go out onto the terrace in front of the house, you are already on the shore and the ocean greets you. We were met at the airport. Upon arrival, the rooms were already ready for occupancy. Everything was clean and tidy. And again, without unnecessary fuss. If you want, they will organize any trip for you along any route: beaches, national parks, Buddhist temples, all the sights of Sri Lanka.

Great place for the price! The staff and manager were super friendly, understanding, and helpful. The location was super easy to access although it can be confused with “Bundala flamingo cottages” which is very close to the property nevertheless this property is in the main road so great location as well. Highly recommend!

The place was very cute and cozy. Perfect location 60 second walk to a beautiful red sand beach. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had to switch rooms because of a party that came in and we got blessed with an even bigger luxurious space for a night. We would stay again :)

Spacious rooms, great balcony, clean and warm pool. The owner is a great cook! Breakfasts and dinners were really good. The hotel is new and clean. Considering that there are almost no shops and no evening life in Kirinda, it is very (very!) important to select a good hotel to have access to good food and some entertainment - pool and good chat. This hotel can offer you this.

The room was very clean, and the host's hospitality was incredible—super friendly and attentive. She arranged a tour for us for 18,000 LKR, offered us tea in the morning before we left, and kindly assisted and guided us to our next destination. Without a doubt, highly recommended! The bathroom was also clean, and the room was spotless.
