It is a beautiful villa 5 minutes drive from Loule, so it’s close enough to everything but quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The view from kitchen terrace is amazing, overlooking the land straight till the ocean. Lovely Fatima and her family resides downstairs though we never felt uncomfortable with using the common areas like the pool. Which is superb with sun beds, outside shower and towels provided. She truly made us feel at home. Even though the villa is shared and you have to share kitchen and bathrooms it wasn’t an issue at all as there’s only so many tenants at the time and lots of space, kitchen is fully equipped with huge fridge where we could store our food, drinks and ice. Bathrooms are very new and clean with marbled floors and strong hot shower. We enjoyed our stay so much we already booked for the next year☺️ P.S. you DO need a car (there plenty of parking space in the property’s yard), though anywhere in Algarve is very hard without one.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was modernized without loosing the charm of the old building. It was beautifully decorated and our room had a fabulous view of the sea. It was close to the city center but far enough away that it was very quiet even with a music festival going on. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The staff were kind and friendly. We had a small issue ( an us problem) and the staff provided assistance immediately and kindly explained how to work the door lock.

I loved the hostility given by the host Paulo! Loved the facilities! All new! Great bedroom, kitchen with all around coffee ( nespresso, regular ground and coffee machine )!! Just a fantastic place to stay in Albufeira!!!
